They will then call you, explain in detail what needs to be done, and
give you an estimate on the cost for repair. You can then decide if you
want to proceed with the repairs. Most diagnostics are done within 48
hours, and repairs can be completed in as little as 72 hours after the
work has been approved. Most customers have their computers back in less than four days! We
need only the tower part of your computer. We have plenty of power
cords, keyboards, mice, and monitors to go around. You can drop off or
pick up your PC during regular business hours. A $40 diagnostic / bench fee is i scharged if we perform only the diagnostic and do you choose for us not to repair your system, otherwise it is applied to any labor
